Unverified Facebook Pages Can’t Post Branded Content

Facebook has recently made some changes to its branded content policies. Now, as per the latest changes, if you don’t have a verified Facebook page, you cannot post branded content as you used to do.

The new changes are supposed to make publishing on Facebook more transparent because even if you have a branded Facebook page, you will have to adhere to certain branded content policies. For instance, you will have to clearly tag your sponsor to mention that it is a sponsored content to make it as transparent as possible.

What is Branded Content?
